Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Newland Technology Group LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use our services.

Services Description

Newland Technology Group provides AI integration, automation solutions, and IT consulting services to businesses. Our services include but are not limited to: AI workflow automation, intelligent business assistants, document processing systems, infrastructure optimization, and technology strategy consulting.

Client Responsibilities

As a client of our services, you agree to:

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement, all intellectual property developed by Newland Technology Group in the course of providing services remains the property of the Company until full payment is received. Upon full payment, ownership of custom deliverables transfers to the client as specified in the project agreement.

Confidentiality

We understand that our services may involve access to confidential business information. We commit to maintaining strict confidentiality of all client information and will not disclose such information to third parties except as required by law or with your explicit consent.

Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due within thirty (30) days of receipt. Late payments may be subject to interest charges as permitted by applicable law.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Newland Technology Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by you for the specific services giving rise to the claim.

Warranty Disclaimer

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will meet all of your requirements or that results will be error-free. We do warrant that we will perform services with reasonable skill and care consistent with industry standards.

Termination

Either party may terminate services upon written notice as specified in the applicable service agreement. Upon termination, you remain responsible for payment of services rendered through the termination date.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Hillsborough County, Florida.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
